iBAM Course Curriculum

Topics and Teachers

Curriculum Introduction

Our aim is to create a hands-on, interactive approach to learning to prepare participants for involvement in business as mission. The iBAM Course incorporates classroom teaching and discussion, visits to local businesses, casestudies, group work, one–on–one consultations from coaches and a field trip. We aim to build on both understanding and practical skills through a wide variety of learning processes. Through the course there is an emphasis on personal development, discipleship and mentoring. Time for worship, devotions, prayer and bible study are part of the daily rhythm of the iBAM schedule.

To find out more about the ethos behind our curriculum, please see the Coaching page. Field Trip locations vary, for more information visit the Field Trip page.
